Geoff Pope,
Atlanta Trial Attorney
Founding Attorney, Pope Trial Law
About Geoff Pope
Geoff Pope is the founding attorney of Pope Trial Law in Atlanta. As a personal injury trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience, since earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1993, Geoff has devoted his career to fighting for individuals and families harmed by the wrongful actions of others.
Early Career in Defense Litigation
Geoff began his career defending healthcare providers, product manufacturers, insurance companies, and large corporations. He saw firsthand how these organizations handled claims and built their defense. Today, that experience helps him understand the arguments his clients may face and prepare for them.
Representing Injured Individuals and Families
Since 2000, Geoff has focused exclusively on representing plaintiffs. He brings his understanding of both sides of a lawsuit to medical negligence and serious injury cases, anticipating defense arguments and developing a case based on the evidence and its impact on his clients’ lives.
